Hectic mornings (or afternoons) can make it easy to grab unhealthy snacks and meals on the go. Why not try putting a few natural and healthy alternatives in the fridge, throw em in the blender and off you go! Today we chose a handful of blueberries and blackberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 nectarine, scoop of Greek yogurt, a bunch of spinach, splash of OJ and 1 cube of ice… And voila… Healthy AND Delish!
